The Gulf (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) has a huge South Asian expat population already familiar with Indian sizing and fabric. Lower barrier to entry than starting from zero — which is why we've named Saudi and Qatar as targets for our value-tier S&R line.
The honest part: we're not there yet. Real export needs an AD Code, a GST Letter of Undertaking, an actual carrier relationship. We only have an Import Export Code right now. That's a real gap, not a switch we can flip.
