Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. To initiate a return, email support@cafex.co.in with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

Size or color exchanges are available subject to stock. Contact support@cafex.co.in to arrange.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
